Shipping Information & Return Policy
To insure freshness of your coffee and tea, all orders are shipped within 48 hours of order receipt.
Our default shipping is via USPS Priority Mail for U.S. orders. Priority Mail service is generally 3-5 business days and offers tracking and insurance on orders up to $100. (Additional insurance may be purchased for orders over $100.) Please contact Coffee, Tea & Spice for rate information on other delivery services, including 1st Class and Parcel Post. International orders will generally be shipped USPS Parcel Post.
Shipping is calculated automatically on your order. The charges are as follows.
By ground:
Within the USA : up to $10.00 - $5.25; up to $20.00 - $7.25; $20.01 to $30.00 - $8.00; $30.01 to $50.00 - $10.25; $50.01 - $80.00 - $14.25; $80.01 to $130.00 - $15.50; $130.01 to $250.00 - $20.50; over $250.00 - $25.50.
Outside the USA: Additional shipping charges will apply; please contact Coffee, Tea & Spice for rate information.
By air:

Sales tax must be paid for orders billed to a Oklahoma address and will be calculated
automatically on your order.
Coffee, Tea & Spice may accept a return of product on coffee beans (whole) only, providing the product seal has not been broken. Teas & spices may only be returned if the freshness seal has not been broken. Please contact us for more information.
Any and all clubs may be exchanged for another club of equal or lessor value. Club gifts may qualify for a refund less any product already shipped. Please call 1-866-692-1415 for further information.
